I booked our stay here but upon arrival i was told they had no rooms available and thry move our reservation to another property. Amenities at courtyard is same as hampton. No breakfast and choices of available snacks and beverages are very minimal. I had prearrival notification of booking issues either.
Morning Staff was not friendly. When standing at front desk. Was not greeted when walking up to front desk. Clerk did not look away from their computer and ignored us at first.
The hotel needs some updating. I smelled an old grease smell when I entered the lobby. I am used to a great smell when entering a Hampton. Overall I was satisfied. The elderly lady serving the morning breakfast was the nicest of all!
Elevator stopped working on Saturday. Unable to get repair prior to my check out. Thankfully, I was lodging on the second floor. Did get discount so I was satisfied!
Broken toilet. The toilet was not bolted to the floor. Would not go back. The price you paid for the room does not equal the service and hotel accommodations.
We have stayed here many times over the past few years. This time the elevator was broken (we were on 3rd floor with luggage) when asked we were told we aren’t even going to get to get this fixed till next week at the earliest. Additionally they have added a $3.87 (parking lot fee per night) plus additional taxes. These were not disclosed at the time of check in. Also they used a “card on file” to charge these, as they never took a card swipe at check in from me (I used a 3rd party app to book and pay for the room) I also learned that the Hampton and Courtyard are owned by the same person that is also doing this at the Courtyard. Disclosing this should happen and not just added on. The prices for these hotels are already off the charts for what they. Hotels.com told me that any hotel can charge whatever they want after it’s booked and they have no control over it… so why am I booking through you?? I guess it’s time to start using ABNB more often.

Got to hotel and elevator was out of order and I was put on 2nd floor. Have bad back and am 70 so was tough!

Upon arrival we are told the elevators are out of order & we had to carry all our luggage up. No adjustment to room charge was offered. Then the tub faucet was loose & we couldn’t figure out how to get hot water. When I called the front desk & asked for another room, none was available, no maintenance worker & the only thing she said was to keep working on it & maybe we’d figure it out!! Glad breakfast the next morning was good!!😁

I booked a king bed room. When we got there we got a double bed room. Elevator did not work. Bathroom needs work. Shower pressure is bad, toilet seat was very loose.
Great location, wonderful breakfast, staff was efficient but not overly friendly, hot coffee bar was available 24 hrs/day from what I could tell. We will stay here again.
