"Fantastic, new, modern place. Fabulous view from the room. Only one remark - the curtains were detached at the ends and it was hard to cover the window to make it fully dark for a good sleep (midnight sun). Fantastic breakfast buffet with a great service minded personnel. "

"Vi hadde flotte dager i Tromsø med bryllup og mange kjente på samme hotell. Flott frokost og hyggelig personale. Veldig bra at vi ikke får rengjort og skiftet på rommet daglig, kun etter ønske. Rolig rom, lite støy og sentralt. Forbedrings potensiale, dårlig vaskede vinduer."

"This hotel is located near the Airport bus stop (5 minutes walking). The hotel staffs are very nice and check in process is very fast. We got the room on level 9. The room is good, clean, nice view. However, the elevator of this hotel is able to go only at 8 floor so we have to carry our baggage to our floor. If you are not sure about your health or you travel with many bags, I would recommend you to ask staff to provide you other floor except 9."
"Very nice surprise - comfortable, clean and quiet hotel in good price. Amazing spa, big gym, swimminpool with hot water. Great restaurant on the last floor. Only one kilometer from city centre, you can easily walk to Polaria or any other museum.
This hotel is one of the hidden pearls of Tromsø, do not miss it. "
"Das Einzelzimmer hat mir sehr gefallen. Es war ausreichend groß für eine Person. Am Wochenende ist es draußen leider etwas lauter aber wenn man die Fenster schließt hört man fast gar nichts mehr. Leider roch der Raum etwas muffig beim betreten. Vielleicht sollte da mal häufiger gelüftet werden. Ansonsten kann man zum Preis leistungs Verhältnis nichts sagen! Definitv empfehlenswert."

Всё понравилось: чисто, полотенца меняли регулярно, персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Кондиционера не заметил, но на севере он особо и не нужен — в номере было комфортно.
