"ระบบกุญแจห้องพักไม่ดี ทราบด้วยตนเองว่า ห้องไม่ปิดล็อคเอง เวลาออกจากห้องแล้ว ต้องแตะบัตรอีกรอบ โคมไฟหัวเตียงเสีย แจ้งทางโรงแรมแล้ว ถึงแม้นอน 2 คืน ก็ไม่ได้มาซ่อมให้ ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดเท้าให้ ห้องนำ้เล็ก ทีวีก็ไม่สามารถ cast ได้หรือดู YouTube ไม่ทันสมัยเหมือนที่อื่นๆ อาหารเช้าดี มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย"

"I found this to be an amazing place to stay the chalet we stayed in was quirky but incredibly comfortable and very clean with a yoga class if required to a comfy snug to relax our host Maria was superb as was her entire work force they could not have been more helpful from arranging cabs to tours our buffet breakfast was ample to start the day with but in my view the most amazing thing was the evening meal absolutely delicious 👍👍👍 fortunately we do need to return as we didn’t get the time to...

"A great hotel at a great location. It was extremely clean, tidy, comfortable and ideal for anyone visiting Tromso for either leisure or business. From someone who is a picky eater and regularly struggles with breakfasts when travelling, I didn’t here. The buffet breakfast was great, lots of choice, premium food/drink and the staff were really helpful and friendly too. When we next visit, we will absolutely stay here again!"
