"We stayed here for close proximity to lake Como and it was a great choice. The pool is gorgeous and we had a great swim. We stayed in a junior suite/suite with hot tub and it was a great space for two adults and a child. The food and cocktails at the restaurant are high quality. Lidl grocery store across the street. " The staff of the Hotel is very friendly and helpful.
Not so well is the Hotel lift, sometimes you have to a couple of minutes until a lift will pick up you. Especially if you have a handicap, it is not so nice because there is nothing to seat down.
Internet is free and fast, TV has App function (you tube, etc.)
The bathroom is hugh, including the cabin for to take a shower.
Negative is only, you have only 2 little holder for all your towels.
