"Luca is a Super Host! Very Nice and dependable. The Appartement is great, 1 large bedroom with a comfortable bed. Also a nice and very clean and large bathroom. The location is the best! Around the corner is the canale Grande with many restaurants. Everything is in walking distance."

"Extraordinary, unique boutique hotel. Very kind and helpful staff who also speak English. Fourth floor rooms require climbing stairs from the third floor elevator but staff offer to help carry up heavy bags. Wonderful pre-ordered breakfast, limited selection but very good quality. Clean, great bath tub, stunning Italian designs and lighting. Comfortable bed, and my room was quiet."

"A lovely hotel in a small village. The rooms are beautifully renovated with great attention to detail. Possibility to charge e-bikes. The restaurant is amazing, and is recommended in the Michelin guide. Definitely the best dinner on our trip. The breakfast was also outstanding, one of the best we’ve ever had, with delicious homemade dishes that just kept coming in! Highly recommend!"
