"The room was clean. The staff was super helpful when we made a booking error. The quiet pool closed early so we avoided the pool as the other was extra busy. Buffet breakfast was fantastic."

Not even asked how my stay was, also forgot to tell us we needed to scan the room key in the elevator, had my dog asked where they could relieve themselves, since the signs on the grass say no dogs, they didn't no where I could bring her."

"If you don’t have a breakfast voucher, check out the Garden Court restaurant and try their “North 40” breakfast. Consists of 7 oz steak done (perfectly) to order, plus bacon strips, hashbrowns, toast … $20 is a good value !"

"Outstanding service, lovely environment, very clean, attractive rooms. But first hotel we've stayed at (and we've stayed at many) without coffee machine. Missed that. Also, unfortunate that windows don't open; fresh air is important. More hooks needed in bathroom. "

"Not my favorite hotel to be honest. The bed was a bit firm for my liking, but I understand many do like this so not a big deal. We never got our room cleaned even though we pressed the button asking to have our room clean so we have wet towels on the floor that were never replaced and an unmade bed. You have to pay for parking... which I understand is pretty typical now adays but $35 per day after you spend good money to sleep there... A bit cheeky in my opinion. Breakfast was disapointing too....

"We stayed in the family suite, the room was spacious, had an arcade, few board games, connect 4 and had a full size fridge. The cleaning was okay, felt it could have been a bit better, the rooms are dated, the bunk beds squeaked so if your kids move a lot, this might pose some issues. The blinds did not block any light so the room was pretty bright the entire night. The breakfast was ok and provided enough options for everyone. Overall, it was an okay stay and we could consider staying here...

"It was great. Our third time staying in a row for comic con. Would have been nice to know the pool/hottub was closed half the time before we arrived/when we booked. As the hot tub is a significant last of our experience. But will stay there again next year."
