"We stayed at the Delta Hotel on the south side of Calgary and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the customer service at the front desk was outstanding. The staff members were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made our visit even more enjoyable. "The hotel is needing some updating and I was disappointed in the state of the furniture and the smoke alarm went off at 5 am stating low battery. We called front desk and there was not to much concern. After travelling by car for 10 hours and in a deep sleep, it was unsettling. Luckily I had extra batteries, but we did have to go and ask for replacement batteries that evening. The breakfast was fine and a variety, but they had run out of a few things."

"We stayed here while attending a concert. There was quite a bit of construction underway as the facility was being upgraded and improved, but it didn't significantly impact our stay. There were a couple of restaurants on-site and the food was good. One thing that surprised was that smoking is permitted in the Casino. "Negatives We unfortunately received a room facing the back of the building. Also due to the position of the rooms you will get a lot of sunlight through as the blinds unfortunately were not black our drapes. The breakfast in the club level was subpar. DEVILLE coffee shop across the street was awesome and reasonably priced. Positive. Pool and Gym is nice with a great view. Proximity to Stephens street was great with lots of restaurants. "Horrible noise. Party tent just below. Staff just say too bad so sad it’s the city. They need to inform people when booking that it’s very very noisy. They even do maintenance at 11 pm. They charge a premium and have very very poor service."

"Beautiful restored building. We stayed in the Queen Elizabeth II Suite, which was beautifully decorated and spacious. Very comfortable bed and big claw footed tub in the bathroom."
