"The room was very clean and quiet. My only problem was I wish people would understand handicap people's needs. My mom couldn't take a shower because was not handicap accessible. And only king rooms have walk in showers. My mom travels with my husband and I and we are not all sleeping together."

"The hotel is between 2 busy highways. Even with earplugs it was hard to sleep with the roar of traffic all night. Breakfast was okay but no dark roast coffee (only decaf or light roast). Overall, a disappointing stay for a Hampton and the premium price."

"Spend a little more and upgrade quality. This was an extended state facility with no dishes/utensils/cups in the room. On the day of checkout, the elevator did not work. The Front Desk employees were very cordial. I felt sorry that they had to deal with a low quality property."

"Appeared updates have been attempted but not quality. Owner very friendly. Vending machine broken. Ice machine on the second floor. Traffic noise."
