"Seriously unimpressed by the lack of help and assistance from the host to cancel, with nearly a weeks notice prior to our intended stay. We also found that some of the information provided on the property listing at the time of booking to be somewhat questionable, suggesting a cabin size of 215 sq ft and containing a bathroom, which we now understand relates to facilities in a separate building on the property. We will not be booking again."

"I have to say that the staff were super friendly and very welcoming, not only the bar staff but also the breakfast chef and even the cleaner! The inn was situated in a nice out of town area surrounded by fields. There is a business nextdoor but there was no overnight noise from it. The food and the beer were amazing too. "My wife and I both agreed that the overnight stay we had there was very good, everything you could have wanted was there, the bed was lovely and the room was spot on. The next morning we went down to the restuarant and to an excellent breakfast. All in all we would have no hesitation in staying there again."

"We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable."

"We had a very warm welcome from the friendly staff and were shown to the room which was clean and bright. "Had a great stay here, it had everything from great food , friendly staff and a well equipped gym and pool. To top it off for us, it’s dog friendly too! All the staff were super helpful and attentive to our needs, from reception to bar and gym staff. Everyone made us feel so welcome, even the gym members. "This is the best stay I have had away from home. The host was so welcoming, it was like visiting a close friend. Well taken care of. I was in Shrewbury for a Triathlon, and had to be taken to hospital. The host took in my bike from UK Triathlon who delivered it to help me. Breakfast was brililant. And the room was MASSIVE. More than just and B&B"
