"The staff were very helpful, and the property had a clean, minimal setup, which was exactly what we needed. The location is excellent, right by the train station, making it very convenient for getting around. One tip for finding the entrance: from the street on the train station side, you’ll see a large sign on the building. Walk through the passageway between the buildings and continue all the way through. The actual entrance is located farther inside, so it may not be immediately obvious from the street. Parking at the property does require some extra planning. I recommend confirming your parking spot directly with the manager when you book. Sending a message through Expedia may not guarantee a space, as it seems messages through the Expedia chat are not always checked. Also, the EV charger was out of service during my stay. Overall, we had a really good stay and I would definitely stay at this property again."

"Excellent ! Nous avons passé une nuit d’étape dans ce très bel hôtel pour prendre l’avion le lendemain, c’est devenu rare en France dans cette gamme. Tout est au rdv pour être qualifié excellent : confort, propreté, calme, accueil, prestations. Je recommande fortement ! Rien à redire ! Il faut être véhiculé pour y venir. (Un seul bémol c’est la moquette qui fait éternuer les personnes soumises aux allergies)"

"We Only need coffee and a croissant for breakfast When we told the restaurant hostess she told as we couldn’t sit in the breakfast room but only in the non air conditioned empty salon We were made to feel like 2nd class citizens We declined her offer and had our breakfast in a cool reception area Hotel Perfectly placed"

"This is a very cool hotel!! We absolutely loved our family room which consisted of two interconnected rooms! The decor and layout was perfect and we slept very well!! We also appreciated them accomodating our large and tall car in the front car park. Only negatives were that the restaurant was closed so no food onsite but the lovely guy on reception booked us a table at Chez Carlo (a pizza place nearby). The pool is also in a building next door and has lots of rules about costumes men wear and everyone has to wear hats so we decided to leave as it was very restrictive! Points to note: The hotel is AMAZING!! Just wish we could have stayed in and had dinner in the restuarant as the area was a little sketchy and we were approached several times by people begging."

"We loved how this place was at the centre of the hub of Lyon and everything is very accessible by it’s proximity to train stations, buses and trans right in front of the Hotel, main shopping centre, Westfield and La Fayette mall. The place is very clean, comfortable beds, the staffs were very friendly, easy to ask favors from, Service oriented. The proximity to food stores and restaurants are also very close which make it a very convenient place to stay whilst in Lyon, Overall we highly recommend this place especially if you are on a budget."
