"Parking spaces were plentiful. The staff were kind and helpful and offered to carry our bags upstairs because there isn't a lift. The family room was a good size and clean and the bed was comfortable and had two pillows. It had a fan, heater, and iron and ironing board already there, but no air conditioning so it got quite hot during this heatwave. The bathroom was pristine and had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and there were various towels and bathrobes. Breakfast choices were good and...

"Upon arrival we we greeted & shown to our room. The room was excellent, very spacious and clean, just what we wanted. After a good nights sleep we had breakfast in the bar and was pleasantly surprised to find that we had a choice of breakfast, we ordered a full English and avocado on toast with poached eggs & bacon. The food was cooked to perfection and was thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were really friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend the Victoria In. Location...

"It was the first time staying at this hotel. It was a great place overall but what made it an amazing experience was thr hotel staff especially Matthew. Matthew went above and beyond to make our stay amazing he was genuinely kind and had exceptional customer service. Other staff who deserve a mention is Sarah and Anita. Everything feels new - solid wooden internal doors, downstairs wet room, spacious kitchen/diner, bi-fold doors to patio and garden...We were 4 couples and thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights. It's about a 10 min walk to the town. You need to cross the road to get to a path - as it's on a bend visibility isn't great so it can be a bit hairy - if you're planning on staying with kids you'll need to be extra careful. Overall I highly recommend this property."
