"The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The only issue is we visit Navarre 3-4 times a year for quick 2-3 day stays and I always bring my 22 ft boat. I normally back in and park on the grass section upfront but sometimes it is not available because of cars parking there. Maybe designate that area for vehicles with trailers and boats. I noticed the hotel next to the Best Western had plenty of parking for trailers and such."

"We stayed 3 nights and everything was great here. We had a dnd the entire time on our door so we didn't get it cleaned. But eveytime I asked for towels and shampoo they gave lots. They were extremely nice. The breakfast was bakery goods so as a diabetic I could not eat anything there and that is my only real recommendation is to have a couple diabetic friendly items at least. Other then that I would stay here again."

"Jim at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, as well as the staff. We were able to check in on time. The room was clean and all amenities in working order. The floors (carpet) maybe could use a good wash/cleaning, as it left the bottoms of our feet dirty. Or just bring house slippers. Breakfast options had variety to bagels, cereal, and waffles. This also included protein options of eggs, bacon, sausage. Outdoor pools were cleaned and maintained. You also have direct beach access from the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to lounge on the beach without the fast pace of the touristy crowd."

"First, this is more of a motel than a hotel as the rooms open to the outside. It also advertises a "private beach" but it is a very small area with a few chairs that leads to the bay (not the ocean). The actual beach is a several minute walk across a busy street. While they provide bikes, and surf boards, there are very few other ammenities. However, we thought the rooms were clean and maintenence was responsive to an issue we had. We believe the facilities to be appropriately priced for the age and condition of the property. "

"We stayed for 2 nights. We were in town for my son's wedding, which was at a venue a few miles away. The room was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. My only issue was not having a place to hang clothing. I brought a dress for the wedding that needed to be steamed, so having a place for that would have been nice."

"Room was great. Clean. Beds are good and comfortable. Was in a 2-room and because the design is odd, there were no chairs to sit in. The only places you could sit is on your beds. Plenty of cabinet storage. Breakfast is VERY simple. Cereals, yogurt, bagels, poptarts, microwave sausage biscuits. But being down near the beach vs. driving in from the mainland is very helpful. Very affordable compared to the monsters closer to the ocean. Oh and make sure you got some shoes in the room…sandy feet is a given at the beach. Staff was very nice! "

"They were dredging the ocean while we were there so there was equipment and pipe everywhere, which was not disclosed before we arrived. Also, there was a 350 people event one night so we couldn’t park for 15-20 minutes driving around looking for a spot after we had paid for parking. The pools were ice cold so we went to the holiday inn where it was heated. Overall, we had a good trip but just wish we had known some of this ahead of time. "
