"The only issue for us was no elevator and many stairs we weren’t expecting as we are both in our 70’s, the driver the hotel ordered for us and Alfredo at reception brought our bags up the steps and the staff at checkout helped bring them down. We stayed in the Suite Royal with a nice relaxing jacuzzi. Location was excellent- right across the street is a beautiful park and there are lots of eateries within walking distance. Breakfast was very good"

"Ottima struttura in un palazzo storico restaurato"

"Missed my flight out of Catania and needed a place to stay for one night. While I didn’t use the pool, it was what attracted me to the property online. The property is an owner occupied B&B in a very residential neighborhood, not walkable to restaurants, etc.. I was unable to connect with food delivery companies, and more importantly, cabbies to return to the airport. The host was quick showing me the room. He was initially slow answering texts. The room was spacious, but the sheets had...

"Grand old home with stately furniture. Great location to visit Etna. We had the dinner at the hotel and it was excellent. Great chef!"

"The guy at the reception was wonderful! Helped my family. Clean room."

"Beautiful location, Bed wasn't very comfortable as it seemed to sink in the middle at a slant and the tub had some minor leaking at the base when we tried to fill it so we weren't able to use the jacuzzi. Owner was great and responsive and accommodating with bag storage and early check in."

The only interaction with the property is by that intercom or by WhatsApp. No personal contact whatsoever. Room was big, bright, completely undecorated but for a large chandelier. Very sparse toiletries supplies. Location is good, although uphill, for the main pedestrian streets. Breakfast is a voucher good at a nearby chain cafe, but only for a coffee and pastry,...

"Great location! The host super nice! Great comunication!"

"Mukava huone ja terassi suurempi kuin itse huone. Ilmastointi toimi. Henkilökunta super ystävällisiä. Lyhyt matka asemalle.Suurkaupungin melua, mutta melu Italiassa on joka paikassa.. Palaan uudelleen."

"Gaetano was an excellent host. Very friendly and you could tell he really enjoyed his job. We slept in past the breakfast hour and he ensured that breakfast was held and made available for us. The breakfast was very good. Hard boiled eggs, toast, all sorts of pastries, etc. thanks for making our first few nights in Sicily memorable."
