"The beach view was excellent and in general, the room was clean. The property left some things to be desired such as: light daily room tidying (garbages emptied, beds made, towels replenished without being asked)...I requested my sheets be changed in the primary bedroom since my duvet cover was a little dirty and they could not accommodate me until the following day - no one wants to sleep with a dirty duvet cover. The spaces were also a little tight. Overall it was ok but I would probably not go out of my way to stay there again. "

"My stay was good. Yes, pets are allowed, and if you have a service dog, make sure you’re not charged for it. I’m still waiting to confirm if they charged me, as you need to provide a credit card upon arrival. I would also mention that the towels in the room could be improved."

"The bathroom door got stuck and wont close or open as soon as I entered the room. Had to call maintenance to get it fixed, even after that the door wouldn't close properly and my kid had a hard time closing it for the reminder of the vacation. Definitely not a 4 star hotel with the amenities, there is no exhaust in the bath and the pipes are flimsy, the towel holder broke, not enough lighting in the room, checked another room and there was an extra tall table lamp which wasn't there for whatever reason in my room. Positives were the housekeeping and maintenance were prompt with their services and cleaning was done daily. Apart from that, lots of areas for improvement and isnt worth the cost. "

"Unfortunately nothing is in walking distances. The pool area was disgusting & there were children swimming without someone watching them & they were out of control. I had my 4 yr old granddaughter with us & I couldn't put her in the pool. These kids were jumping splashing totally out of control. Also a domestic situation occurred on the second floor cursing,yelling,banging & making threats I didn't need my granddaughter 2 witness that situation "

"Enjoyed our stay, one bathroom in the suite with a glass door to the bedroom was not good, hard to sleep when people put the light on and the bedroom lights up. All staff were great and the pool was good "

"Only 1 washcloth, had to clean air-conditioner filter,no broom or toaster. Head board was dusty. Trash under the pull out couch. Pull out couch couldn't fold down in the position it needed to be because of the space between couch and shelving. Pool area was full of broken tiles, only a few loungers and no outdoor tables or dining areas. Grill caught on fire while there due to lack of cleaning from staff. "
