The condo was super clean and comfy. Great location to eateries, pharmacies, groceries. Beautiful gulf beach across the street. Enjoyed the kite festival very much.

AWESOME location! Right on the bay and 25 steps to the Gulf! 2 minute walk to Publix; 3 minute walk to Walgreens. 1.5 block to a Treasure Island Beach, where there was a sand castle festival for 3 days.

I loved the 2 bedroom condo. Spacious and nicely updated. The outside of the property looks pretty rundown, and definitely could use some tender loving care to make it more appealing to the eyes. But overall, I loved the location, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery, entertainment, and specialty shops. I would highly recommend this resort and look forward to spending another vacation here next spring.

Our condo has a full kitchen and had plenty of plates, silverware, cups and glasses. It was clean and spacious. Being on the bay with fishing docks was great. There was a nice pool and beach access is right across the street. I would say this was the perfect place for us to stay!

Property looks older from the exterior but inside the condo, very clean & has been renovated. Only thing is elevator not working, if that’s a problem, make sure you request a 1st Fl room. Resort has 3floor level. Pool is great, you can also fish since the bay is in the back of hotel & beach is in the front of hotel. Convenient to everything, very walkable, very drivable, 6mins drive to John passings, and 6 mins to st pete beach. Beach is across the street, 1 min walk, Publix and gas station 1 min walk. Parking included, a plus!

Good service

We arrived early and they were able to accommodate. The property and area are still recovering from the hurricanes (units being remodeled, landscaping still recovering, many business closed). The unit we stayed in was in excellent condition. Beautiful view of the intercostal and short walk to cross-walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay. Our room was perfect. Furniture and bed was comfortable. Nicely renovated! Outside space to hang out by the bay was awesome as well. Originally booked for 6 nights, but ended up extending our stay 2 more nights. Communication was fantastic!

Great location, nice property, excellent communication. We had an issue with the shower that was quickly addressed. Unfortunately the beds in both bedrooms were very uncomfortable. The mattresses really need to be replaced. Lighting in the bathroom was poor, even for gents. A few updates would have made this an excellent choice.

Westwinds was beautiful and clean. The kids had a great time in the pool and when visiting the beach across the street. They also enjoyed the fishing docks right behind the pool that were easily accessible. We were able to walk to Publix and other stores. Great experience!

Great stay +++

We have stayed here 4 times now. Love the comfort of the rooms and love being able to fish off the 3 docks out back or swim in the pool or just sit and relax outside in the evening. Beach access just yards away.

The apartment was very nice. Beautiful view over the water. The pool was very nice. Laundry facilities were nice. The location was great. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach across the street. Loved it.
