Good Day , we are very sorry to hear that the event caused a problem for you, We normally always have great beach towels' available in the reception, I am personally looking into the noisy staff problem and what happened at the event as I was off Island at the time .

Thank you for your review, We apologize for the changing of the wifi password, the technician was only available on very short notice, and we couldn't get to every guest to notify them at the time. We also apologize for the long wait for your dinner reservation, our restaurant is cook to order, to keep everything as fresh as possible so at times it causes longer wait times. Again apologies. We upgrade our VIP guests if rooms are available, but it can be difficult if we are busy as we are a small property, we only so many Ocean view rooms and you booked a Garden View room and unfortunately no ocean view rooms were available for upgrade. We want to thank you for choosing Beyond Sunset and assure you that we will take the things you mentioned very seriously to ensure all our guests feel welcome and are happy with their stay.
