"The office staff was beyond reproach, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I called to add an extra day and change the accommodations and they were more than helpful. One of them even offered me one of her jackets the cooler day. I would definitely stay again."
"The breakfast sandwiches needs to change daily. Sausage egg croissant everyday. Add bacon egg croissant.

"Other reviews are telling the truth when they say this hotel is VERY CLEAN! You can tell the housekeepers take great pride in making sure every room is spotless. It's not outdated at all and looks even better in person than the pictures online show. Check-in and checkout were super simple and fast! The ac was super quiet and kept the room very cool even on a sweltering day with high humidity. The pool was small but relaxing when we couldn't be at the beach due to a storm. The hotel is in walking...
"Room was clean & comfortable. Only complaint was we had electric bikes & our room was on the 3rd floor without an elevator but they accommodated us by showing up a place to lock them up inside the hotel on the 1st floor. "
"The ocean is right off the resort. Family friendly offering many amenities for families. Location is convenient for shopping, dining, exploring, and relatively easy commuting for attractions nearby. Lots of parking available including a large parking garage and a lot. Responsive staff when in need of something. Really enjoyed the ice cold water available at no cost in and out of the resort to hydrate their clients. Our 2nd time visiting this resort, one of our favorites when visiting OC. "
