He went way beyond the call of duty to help us retrieve a misplaced item, to include calling my cell and knocking on my hotel door to notify me that my item was awaiting at the front desk!"

Well, it's been over a month, and no communication has been received. I would really like to get my money refunded and share some of the pictures of the condition of our room. "
