So haben wir auf die Notfall-Nummer angerufen, da hat uns jemand in Deutsch weitergeholfen und auf ein anderes gereinigtes Zimmer umgebucht. Dies hat ein paar Minuten gedauert, aber schliesslich gut geklappt. Die Zimmer sind neu, gross und modern."

The location was perfect , right by the old town shopping street lines with restaurants, 10min walk from train station and 3 minutes from cathedral.
