"Maybe it’s lost in translation, maybe our room wasn’t correctly prepared. Expedia has among its amenities bathrobe and slippers, but there were none in the room. Their website specifies “ The library and magazines in your room where you can read about the history of wine, events, cellar tours, tastings and the grape harvest in our vineyard.” There was none of that in the room and was not given information either when checking in. "Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Kathedrale von Trani, hat schöne Zimmer mit einem sehr guten Bett und bietet Blick auf das Meer und/oder den Hafen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut isoliert und es wird peinlichst sauber gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist ein kleines Erlebnis und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter unübertroffen. Wer also nicht gerade ein Badehotel sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Festzuhalten ist, dass das Hotel keinen eigenen gesicherten Parkplatz anbietet, man aber für 4€/Tag relativ nah auf der Piazza Manfredi gut aber unbewacht parken kann. "

"Located in the Old City area, we waited about half an hour for the receptionist to come to receive us, it was not convenient to get to the parking lot. It was actually a very large apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms not suitable for a couple, and we didn't realize that when we made the reservation. The apartment itself was clean and beautiful."

"The room was great other than it was on a loud, busy street. Unfortunately, I only learned when I was to meet the host that I was not staying at the location shown on my booking confirmation. The communication of where my actual room was was difficult as 2 of my 3 translation apps described it as an office/place of business so it was difficult to recognize where I was supposed to be. Also, compared to the several other B&Bs that the friends I was traveling with stayed, my hosts did not provide any information or recommendations for the local area. It was a great room (much like a proper hotel room) in a great area (other than street noise), but no real host communication. "

"Be aware the there is no lift if you need one. Apartment is in a grand Palazzo with a shared common area and a balcony, great facilities and easy check in by a neighbour. Apartment is in a ZTL zone so if you have a car be aware when it is active. We were able to part for free on a side street about 5 minutes away."
