"The young lady working at the front desk was very helpful, as I had a problem with the date of my reservation. It is a nice, clean property. Unfortunately you cannot purchase a coffee in the morning, as you must buy a whole breakfast. A gentlemen at the hotel recommended that I go to Cafe Chejei which is a lovely cafe on the main square."

"We had a good time staying in this hotel. The beds were really big and confy and the rooms were quite spacious. The only thing was that the doors close very loudly, which may wake you up in the morning if you’re a light sleeper"

"Our room was spotless and all of the staff were wonderful, accommodating and very friendly. A short walk (3minutes) and your feet are on a white sand beach. Had a great meal at Mareas Vivas just up the road. Hotel Laxe is the perfect spot to spend a few days exploring the Costa da Morte!"
