The hotel is great. Very comfortable beds and pillows coming from US travelers who missed a softer mattress. The front desk was so helpful and spoke perfect English. Free drinks in the lobby and water stations on every floor is a nice touch. This hotel was one of our favorite parts of visiting Osaka!

Very short walk to and from the station. Clean room. A little small but cozy. Separate bath tub and shower in the deluxe twin room which was a nice surprise. Can view the train tracks. Love that the window can open a small bit for fresh air. Wifi worked very well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Surprised with free selected drinks and small snacks in the near the bar or lounge area from 5pm to 10pm. I loved my stay and would definitely book here again.
