"Check in was good and staff really helpful. Food was of a good standard and well priced. Pool and facilities in that area could do with an upgrade and rooms although large clean and fresh were a bit dated. Great view from the room and all said well worth the money."

"Booked the hotel last minute and the website stated king sized or twin beds, but didn’t give an option when booking. "We were very pleased with this property. Spacious and well equipped. Lovely welcome package and cosy warm on arrival. It had everything we needed and was central for what we wanted to do. Parking was easy and convenient. We would definitely recommend 1 Marine Place for a perfect stay on Bute"
