All the staff are friendly and welcoming; the breakfast is a la carte, but substantial and served quickly; and the common spaces are a great place to be stuck indoors when it rains. "We were visiting Zermatt for the day so we decided to park our camper van. Well we felt like a real bed and a shower and this hotel did not disappoint! The bedding was so comfortable. The rain shower was a dream! And the heated floors were lovely. Also so close to train station! And wishhhh we hadn’t already eaten dinner because the Italian restaurant looked incredible. But we did have a nice cocktail before bed. Staff was very friendly and all spoke English. "

"Amazing staff. Host Beata was incredibly warm and welcoming, she gave us tips for hiking and made sure our stay was perfect! The hotel was close to all lifts and hiking trails. It was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. We loved this hotel!"
