Didn’t correspond to the very nice photos on the site. No coffee machine in the room as per photos. Not up to the quality of other Brit Hotels I’ve stayed in. We were a little disappointed

Dirty rooms, filthy carpet, torn curtain, stains in walls, antiquated AC does not work - had to prop open window in the middle of summer which meant traffic noise woke me up early. Someone entered my room while I was asleep, totally disregarding Do Not Disturb sign placed on door. Avoid.

Photos not accurate no facilities or wifi in room

Photos on hotels.com are extremely misleading, room I got was very old and tired. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. I asked at reception and was told none available for the room. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly but this does not make up for the room being nothing like the photos. Just old and run down and lacking facilities. Plus the Wi-Fi did not work for my entire two day stay. I’m assuming some rooms have been renovated but I got given an un renovated room with no Wi-Fi or kettle. Very very disappointed.

Hôtel très bien situé pour prendre le train ou le bus et se rendre en transport sur Toulouse. Personnel très accueillant souriant et disponible. Pour autant la chambre est plus que simple, étroite les meubles sont sombres et vieux, salle de bain avec des traces d’humidité au plafond.

Excellent hôtel lors de votre séjour à Toulouse

Super hôtel avec un restaurant au rdc, lequel propose une variété de plats de qualité. Chambre avec literie confortable et SDB au top. Je recommande de réserver dans cet établissement en soirée étape.
