Dirty dingy haunted house. Noisy. Room next to road. No soap or shampoo in shower. Uncomfortable bed. Depressing! avoid!!

Hôtel transylvania!
Grande chambre mais 2 problemes:
Accès difficile au WC très mal agencé.
Probleme d eau chaude le soir l eau est froide ainsi que le matin, explication de la réceptionniste " si tout le monde prends sa douche en même temps eh bien certain ont droit à de l eau froide. Es-ce normal !
Le sèche est Hs.!
Piscine et terrasse non utilisable en travaux 🚧.
En un mot l hôtel est un dortoir il n y a aucune ambiance. Hôtel sans vie.

Excellent hôtel à l"intérieur des terres
Arrivant très tard le soir heureusement j'avais téléphoné pour avoir le code de la porte d'entrée et le numéro de chambre, si j'avais eu les coordonnées GPS j'aurais moins galéré pour trouver l'hôtel en allant directement à Touffreville je pensais trouver l'hôtel facilement mais en fait il était à l'extérieur de Touffreville

Chambre correcte et propre ....mais arrivés vers 18h chambre en plein soleil
Malgré les rideaux..et le ventilateur des années 80.......la fournaise .
Pas de clim en 2919...
Bref en rentrant à 23 h..les fenêtres ouvertes obligées ...les moustiques aussi..!!

Chambre spacieuse et petit déjeuner avec un buffet bien fourni.
Mais mauvaise isolation de la chambre (nous etions au rdc et nous entendions fortement les bruits de tuyauterie des personnes à l'etage (chasse d'eau, douche...)), ce qui nous a réveillés.
Par ailleurs, nous avons trouvé l'accueil froid.
Au vu du prix de la chambre, nous nous attendions à plus de calme et un minimum de convivialité de la part du personnel.

Surprise...contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, pas de restauration sur place ! Obligé de ressortir, en pleine nuit pour trouver un resto.
Pas de chauffage dans la chambre à notre arrivée, heureusement que ça a été rétabli.
La chambre était très propre ainsi que les sanitaires et les serviettes.
Le buffet du petit dèj est raisonnable. La cuisinière met beaucoup de bonne volonté.

We were not made aware that we were the only guests in the hotel and no staff after 9PM. I found the bed and pillow uncomfortable and only slept a few hours to wake up with a sore back. We were in room 8 at the end of the hallway and had no wifi reception but it did work in the lobby. The staff was welcoming and told us we could phone if there was any problems as they live nearby. The hotel is located in the country 15 minutes away from Cabourg and very quiet.

Det var en katastrofe
Vi ankom 17.45, og i vinduet var det et skilt med meddelelsen, at hotellet var exceptionel lukket. Vi fik kontakt til en gæst, der åbenbart boede på hotellet, og med hans hjælp fik vi ringet til et nummer, han kendte. Vi fik at vide, at der i løbet af en halv time ville komme nogen. Der gik 3 kvarter, og vi overvejede seriøst at finde noget andet. Vi blev da lukket ind. Jeg kunne senere se at det var sendt en mail til mig 16.30 samme dag, om at de glædede sig til at se os mellem 18.00 og 20.00. På det tidspunkt kørte vi på motorvejen, og kunne ikke læse mails. Hele området lignede en byggeplads. Vort værelse var meget lille, og der manglede håndklæder. Wi-Fi virkede kun i receptionen. Vi kunne ikke spise der, da restauranten var lukket den dag, og da hotellet lå meget isoleret, måtte vi køre til CAEN for at spise. Den næste dag spiste vi på hotellet. Det var dyrt og ikke særligt spændende. Morgenmaden den første dag var ok, men den næste dag var den meget reduceret, og kaffen var lunken

Court séjour. Il s'agissait de passer la nuit, nous n'avons donc pas testé le restaurant. Coté services, un petit souci, il y a bien un WiFi, auquel on peut se connecter depuis partout dans l'hôtel, semble-t-il, mais il ne donne pas accès à Internet. La direction aurait peut-être pu corriger le problème, nous ne lui avons pas demandé faute de temps

hübches Hotel so es einmal fertiggestellt ist
vieles ist in einem unfertigen Zustand und man ahnt schon jetzt, dass hinten noch nicht alles fertig sein wird und vorne schon wieder alles desolat wird. Im WC war eine Pfütze von Urin eingetrocknet, wir haben es erst in der Nacht entdeckt, zu spät um jemanden zu wecken, am morgen fuhren wir um 7.30 Uhr ab, da war noch kein Personal in Sicht. Vor dem Gebäude quollen die Mülltonnen, genau nebem dem Eingangsportal, Die Sauberkeit war mäßig. Allem voran war der schlechte Geruch im Haus sehr unangenehm- Eine Mischung aus altem Haus, ungelüftet, Küchengerüchen und neuen Materialien auch leicht fäkalig, was evtl. auch von der Landschaft komen könnte. Dennoch sehr unangenehm. Alleridings war das Essen Spitze klasse. Es kann nicht genugn gelob werden. Betten sauber und gute Qualität. Alle Türen fallen von allein, mit heftigem Knall, zu. Sehr störend. Die einrichtung hübsch und originell.
