"The Torre del Cestello had the "Room with a View" (complete with garden below) that I had been dreaming of for my first visit to Florence. The desk staff were all pleasant, helpful, and set me up with a map and suggestions when I checked in. There was easy access in and out of the room. Quiet but incredibly convenient location. "

"GREAT all around! Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff who treated us like family. Very spacious rooms and bathroom; beds and pillows were super comfy. We stayed in Pope Alexander VII suite which had two big bedrooms, a beautiful, ample tiled bathroom, and little dining room. Views of Battista were amazing from our suite. "The room was amazing. Very spacious, clean, modern amenities with a historic/antique atmosphere. Numa was a great company to work with. Their app is very easy to use. Everything is done on-line or through the app and it all worked seamlessly. I plan to book rooms with Numa in their other cities in the future. Fantastic experience. "

"The room we were assigned was immense. The views from the 2 double french doors was amazing - in the corner of the piazza right next to the tower. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom quite modern and spacious. The room must be used for parties orother events as it was much much larger than any room we've ever stayed in.
