Correcte, apartament nous i ben equipats.

Els apartaments estan a 250 metres de la platja. Es pot aparcar de franc excepte juliol i agost. Les habitacions són força noves, els apartaments són amplis i estan ben equipats. No hi ha màquina de Nespresso, era cafetera de filtro. La piscina és molt petita i en un pati interior d'edificis. No és un lloc especialment glamurós. A la recepció no parlen pràcticament català. Relació qualitat-preu molt bé. Torroella de Montgrí a 8 minuts en cotxe.

El personal del apartamento roban a los huéspedes

La recepción cerraba muy pronto, a las 20:00 y no nos avisaron de cómo recoger las llaves si llegábamos mas tarde. El apartamento estaba limpio y las camas eran cómodas. El parking era bastante caro, 10€ por noche, aparcar en la calle era un poco complicado, la mayoría es zona azul. Lo peor de la estancia era que nos olvidamos el móvil en el baño del apartamento después de hacer el check out y justo al salir entró el técnico del apartamento a recoger las toallas y sábanas sucias. A los 5 minutos volvimos al apartamento a coger el móvil que nos olvidamos y ya no estaba en el baño. Intentamos llamar al móvil y ya estaba apagado, preguntamos al técnico y la limpiadora por si lo habían visto pero dijeron que no. El problema es que no hay cámaras en el edificio y pusimos una reclamación. Es increíble que el propio personal del apartamento roben a los huéspedes. No lo recomiendo para nada!! No volveré nunca más!

Nos gustó su ubicación, muy cerca de la playa y del centro. Todo muy nuevo. El trato muy bueno con el personal. Lo que no nos gustó fue el colchón, a pesar de ser bastante nuevo, era muy incómodo, difícil dormir en esa cama. Piscina pequeña.

Lovely stay!

Location was perfect right in the centre of the town, but nice a quiet too. Lovely pool area and the apartment was nice and roomy. However the second bathroom smelt the entire trip even after telling staff about it.

El apartamento precioso, todo nuevo y en segunda línea de playa, personal atento, lo único que no me gusto, que pedí una cuna y hasta un día antes de la llegada no me lo confirmaron, y a la llegada la cuna era de viaje y estaba muy sucia, sólo nos dieron una sabana para ella, ni mantita ni nada (menos mal que me traje yo de casa) por lo demás recomendable 100% nosotros repetiremos

Extremely lovely holiday all round.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Pierre &Vacances, Estartit Costa, the apartment was very spacious, Extremely comfortable and very clean. Nice and quiet and a short walk to the shops, bars, restaurants and the beech I.e. 5 minutes with a large supermarket only 200 yards away, there was a good lift that worked well and underground parking which was 60 Euro for the week but we thought worthwhile as it was difficult to find a free parking place nearby, the parking could be accessed directly from the apartments. The staff in reception and the pool attendant were very helpful. We were delighted with Estartit and had a car so visited some amazing walled towns very close, there are cycle paths to a couple of the towns along the river so we hired bikes, we will definitely return. We discovered a restaurant called ‘Robert’ also close by which was lovely, it only takes cash though.

Good value overall, could improve service

2 bedroom apt, like in the pictures. Stylish, great condition, terrace and all. No washer. Cleaning products provided, but no change of towels or toiletries! If you stay more than 2 days, you should ask for changing towels and such, but they charge for certain things they consider extra. Basic wifi, charged if you need extra bandwidth. Service needs improvement. We got charged for parking, when you can park anywhere for free, and close to the beach where there is ample parking. In high season, it is understandable. In low season, they could have said, don't worry, park in the street. We were able to even park right at the front door for free! Needed to fight to get parking reimbursed. I heard another customer complaining asking for management about other charges as well. They need to look into this.Shower needed improvement. Not easy to find, because there are two P&V in the same town. Good location, very close to everything, and the beach. But there were a couple of abandoned buildings around. However, the town is small, and accessible. If you go with friends or family, it is a good value. otherwise, it is expensive.

Lovely apartment. Spacious. Only 5 minutes stroll to the beach, bars & restaurants. They charge €9 a day for parking which is free on the street or at the huge beach car park. No hairdryer. We had a street facing apartment which wasn't a nice view but luck of the draw there. The superior apartments had nice little garden areas near the pool and I would consider one of those another time. Estartit is nice. Mostly French tourists. A little bit run down in parts and a few tourist trap restaurants but the beach is amazing and we had nice meals out for the most part. The pool man seemed against any kind of swimming aids! €5 a wash to use the machine. This includes detergent. We'd stay again.

Good value apartment

Good location and a good size apartment and very good for value..concierge is the slowest in the world though for check in. Try for a apartment with a view inward rather than the street view.Picture is the view you want not the street. Beware the car park too..easy to get in harder to get out...unless you pay 9 euros a day to park
