"We booked Riverline Lodge as a convenient place to wash up and regroup after finishing a 5-night trek in Torres del Paine, and get an early start across the Argentine border the following morning. "If you decide to stay here please don’t plan on doing laundry. It is not self service, it costs more than anywhere else in Chile, and they destroyed a shirt of mine so bad that I can’t wear it anymore. When I asked for a refund I was belittled in front of other guests. Honestly my entire stay there was rather unfortunate and for what you would pay you can get a really excellent room somewhere else in Puerto Natales "

"The cabin we stayed in was simple and old. The beds were comfortable and we had hot water without any problems. The WiFi does not work during peak usuage hours and needs to be upgraded. It is fine during quiet times during the say. The kitchen is supplied with the bare minimum, no salt etc. The bathroom does not have a shelf to put your toothbrush etc so you are stuck with the edge of the sink or the floor.
