"The location is hard to find, and the front desk staff was not very helpful when we called, but it would’ve been very convenient, had we been able to stay there. Unfortunately, when we first checked in, there was an overwhelming smell of chemical in the room and we had to leave the door open to allow it to air out. Once we closed the door, we both started experiencing some unhealthy symptoms and when we investigated the potential source, we found what appears to be mold in the shower area. The staff did try to move us to a different room, but it also had the same conditions in the shower and we ended up having to leave and pay for an extra cab ride and a second hotel that night. Reached out to Expedia for a refund. Still waiting on a resolution."
