Lovely location and ideal for stopping off for the Monfrague National Park with lovely views. The room was great and clean. Perhaps it was too early in the season but the general areas outside could do with sprucing up. The food in the evening was fantastic. The breakfast was okay but not to the same standard. A shame the pool is out of action.

Hotel bien situado con instalaciones mal planteadas y sobretodo, mal mantenidas. Aire acondicionado haciendo ruido, interruptores q no funcionan, interruptor de entrada a la habitación detrás de la puerta (lo nunca visto…), ascensor q no abre ni cierra bien la puerta, sauna no operativa, farolas en parquing en sitio totalmente inadecuado…

The hotel is in a very nice location especially if you are interested in wildlife or a keen birdwatcher. The room was a little tired and several things needed repairs. The shower was in very poor condition. The meals were very average but the portions were large on the whole they brought back memories of school dinners.

Complejo moderno, singular y maravilloso hotel en un lugar inigualable. Comodas habitaciones, fantasticas vistas, excelente servicio, comida deliciosa y bien atendida. Piscina y actividades para niños gratis. Se ven las estrellas como en ningun sitio. Un lugar para DESCANSAR y estar tranquilo. Tb tiene spa y gimnasio. Rutas cercanas en bici y para correr. Fantastic location in a rural setting. Watching the sun set from the terrace is a real treat. High quality restaurant with very good food is worth a trip in itself. Some of the finishes (e.g. taps and hooks etc) in the room were getting a little tired, but that is definitely not a reason to miss out on this place. Swimming pool was good and much needed in late July!

No es un cuatro estrellas, ni siendo optimista.

Problemas serios en el cuarto de baño, las duchas están mal montadas y se inundan las habitaciones. No tenían servicio de mantenimiento y el hotel estaba lleno de clientes. Por otro lado a destacar la atención del personal del hotel, su voluntad por solucionar problemas y siempre con una sonrisa. Un diez para el personal.

Tiene un entorno único. En pleno parque natural y lo que mas nos sorprendió es la comida. Buenísima, vale la pena ir con media pensión o pensión completa
