"They have washer and dryer in the room"

"Perfect stay good location 👍"

"Good hotel"

"I was in town for TIFF, and was concerned that this was slightly further than many of the more centrally located Festival hotels, but it's a great hotel! The amenities were great, the ease of ordering things in the room was quick and efficient, staff was lovely and the few meals I had downstairs in the restuarant/cafe's were good. It's a large hotel, so expect the experience of a large hotel, but a boutique experience, Ubers and taxis were aplenty, and walking distance from convenience stores...

"Friendly staff, convenient location to concert Hall & dining"

"Very impressed with the suite/room. The location is excellent and the check-in service was exceptional. Appreciated the offered me a higher floor suite."

"Room was clean and inviting. Hotel is still under construction in some areas but the floor and lobby were complete. Basement breakfast room was not ready but was still able to provide a buffet-style breakfast nonetheless. Staff was friendly and courteous. Close to amenities and the airport."

"Very quiet. Bed and pillows very comfortable"
