Smelly and dirty room

The hotel had a very bad odder throughout the building, the room had a very strong smell of smoke even though it was a smoke free building. The front desk clerk noted on our file that there was a smell. The room was dirty and the floor was sticky in some areas, we did not take our shoes off until we went to bed. The staff was friendly but we asked to have a wake up call and a cab these were not done and the morning front desk clerk said that there was no note of our request

Needs updating for sure mirrors are falling apart bathrooms are dated with blue tile. Beds were not comfortable at all. Need new mattresses . Rooms were not as cool as expected. Flat screen TV. No fridge just a cooling fridge for drinks. Room was spotless as far as cleanliness. Staff was really really wonderful and helpful. Hotel is only 15 mins by car from Yorkdale Mall

Nice lobby, I think a good part of the hotel is rented out as apartments. Kids everywhere at all hours, My room was very outdated, did not feel comfortable at all. not the best of neighborhoods. Parking lot very dark, Side security door broken, had to walk around front of building to get in.

Horrible stay and I deserve a refund

This was a total rip off! It’s not even a full hotel, half of it is residential to low income families. Horrible condition, doors and frames rusted, very out of date, just run down and unkept.. The WiFi didn’t work, the desk told me it was just busy. My TV remote did not operate the TV. They also wouldn’t help me with early check in, I arrived at 6am, they wouldn’t accommodate me until 2 and there were rooms available, I saw them. Only good thing is that it was just overnight. Furthermore, I have been receiving emails from Hotels.com notifying me that I only need 1 stay for a free night and I’ve never received it. I believe it only showed a credit of 3 stays on this one. There needs to be a refund from this trip

The front desk staff were extremely rude to me. They accused me of smoking in my room when I didn’t. I felt embarrassed as they discussed the issue in front of several other guests. The staff had smirks on their face as if the were enjoying making me look like a liar. I will never go there again. I am still upset by my experience because I was treated like a joke. The owners need to rethink hiring insecure male staff that feel the need to power trip on female guests in order to entertain their co-workers.

C'est un hôtel horrible qui n'est pas à recommander. C'est l'un des hôtels qui a besoin d'aide de grande rénovation de toute l'équipe de l'émission de l'hôtel impossible. ça sent mauvais dès le corridor jusque dans la chambre. J'avais très peur pour ma sécurité. J'ai dû couvrir la chaise de bureau des serviettes de bain pour dormir assise. Je sais que mes habits sont infectés et cela nécessite un nettoyage. Les peintures du plafond et de la porte sont décollés comme du papier détaché.... Il y a beaucoup à dire.

$500 watch went missing from room post check out... barely made it down the road before going back for it and it was already too late she had “changed the sheets” which were obviously my sheets from the night before because they were quite creased. When I checked in I asked why the hotel seemed quite full and I was told by the staff it was full of refugees- children everywhere with nothing to do but run in circles. Not much of a breakfast, the wifi didn’t work, all of the exits were sealed in a way you had to enter and exit through the front door only. Mattresses were clearly very old and very worn. Pillows as well seemed to be quite past their prime. Management seemed unconcerned about my watch and absolutely made me feel like it was not left behind. After searching the room and the maids dirty linen cart the maid came and returned a pack of cigarettes that also happened to be mine neatly tied in a plastic bag in an effort to show me she was maticulous in the things she found and said that because the door was open maybe perhaps “anybody else” must have gone in the room and that was that. Management said there was nothing else to be done. I will most likely not ever use Expedia to recommend a hotel again based on this experience. Not even worth two stars....

The room I booked through Expedia was for a non smoking room with 2 queen sized beds. The room smelled like cigarettes and it was double sized beds. I called the front desk and the response I received was "You can contact Expedia for a refund and check out".

Shady area, run down hotel, bathroom lock was broken, shower did not look clean, thermostat didn't work, shady looking people hanging around all corners of the building..

Cheap, but cheap

This hotel is cheaper than most in the area, which is why I chose it. The first room I was given had paint peeling off the ceiling, floor boards were stained, and one of the lamps didn't work. The people next door to me were screaming at one other and I could hear every word. When I asked the manager at the front desk to change rooms because I felt uncomfortable he was at first reluctant. Eventually I did change rooms and the second was more quiet and less damaged, but I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

It’ll due it a pinch.

It was okay and convenient to the airport. Requested a 3am wakeup call one of the 5 nights I was there. Never received the call. It definitely needs to be renonvated, but I was out of the room most of the day and part of the evening.

I just need a place to rest my head and answer some emails. I wasn't expecting much from a 2 star rating. Guys I would not even rate this as 0.25 stars. I am not a picky person by no means. I understand some uncleanliness and older décor. I have been in hotels for over 30 years and I have never experiences such a place as this. Their photos of the rooms are complete lies. The furniture has chips and dings all over it. The carpets are almost worn down to nothing. Holes in the walls have been patched as a quick fix. It doesn't look like the room has had anything updated in 30 years. The ceiling titles are water damaged and moldy. It was absolutely disgusting. The room and hallways reeked of marijuana. There was a brick holding open the back door so there was no safety. There internet signal was horrible so I couldn't get online. In order for me to get a refund through expedia, they had to call the hotel over 5 times and each time they said their manager wasn't in and never returned a call. I left within 10 minutes of being there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. In fact I think it is time to demolish this place. Absolute dump

Worst hotel in Toronto

Booked two nights at the hotel and it was awful, ended up only staying one night and then headed home and the front desk refused to refund me the one night as I paid in full prior to checking in. Room was disgusting and old and was very dirty, there was mold all over the bathroom and the rooms were loud. Will never stay at again. What a waste of money.

Wifi and internet is not good. 6 tv channels only. Netflix is available but need to sign up with own acct. Didn’t get to see last maple leafs game of the season.

No hot water whatsoever. Try taking a shower in ice cold water. The hotel is very dirty. Never stay there again.
