The room was clean enough but not sparkling clean. The room needs paint and some bathroom things fixed like the toilet seat. Location is handy but the propery inside and out needls freshening up especially by a landscaper,a good painter and a gardener.

No real complaints. It was very clean and quite convenient. The shared bathroom was no problem as it’s not overcrowded and I never ran into anybody else. The only thing is that the outside seems to be under construction and there are a couple of loose bricks on the way down the pathway to the entrance of this place so watch your step. But that was at the time of this review. I’m sure it’ll be finished up in the near future.

Good peaceful stay.

it was worth the price, quiet, and mostly clean. kitchen was clean, bathroom was clean and then wasn't at one point, but that's cuz it's shared, so what do you expect, really? Other than that, there was things in the shower like shampoo and body wash, to use, and the bathroom was available, every time I needed it, so that was cool. Also, they had laundry on the same floor, which was awesome. Not to mention, the road cruise, in the area, as I was unfamiliar with, was fun to explore, being north of Toronto, not in the busy, gridlock of the actual city, of Toronto just north of it, was pleasant, and the grocery store, Farm Boy, was quite awesome, with lots of items there, that I've never seen before, and arrangements of foods. Just around the corner are a few paths for walking around, in a very nice, scenic area, park at the end of the street of residence, and an outside patio, at the entrance, in the backyard. Their Wi-Fi had good connection, I was able to play Mario Kart Deluxe 8, online, no problem. Also, there are Pokéstops nearby, including one accessible at the house of stay, as well, which is kind of cool; unless, of course, it annoys your girlfriend, in which case, not so cool. But, oh well, life...LOL Overall, a great stay!

It wasn’t clear that this was a shared room when I initially booked. We were woken up by another guest in the very early morning hours banging around the kitchen. There were no hand towels or washcloths for personal use and the temperature was very cold durning our November stay. I would not recommend staying here

It was a nice and quiet stay, and was peaceful. I think my only suggestion would be for there to maybe be a fan in the room for when it gets warm and for the bathroom to have some newer cleaner shower mats put in. Also have more towels stocked for guests and maybe some bottled water already in the rooms for them.
