"The hotel staff was great, they where nice, accommodating, and helpful during my one week stay there. There are a few nice areas within the hotel where you can sit, watch TV, and socialize with family and friends. The rooms where clean, and staff came by when requested. The one drawback is the location, If you're traveling from outside the country and want to see other areas within Istanbul, the traffic is brutal, and with this hotel location you could be sitting in traffic about 1.5 each way."

"It was an amazing experience to interact with the staff specially the receptionists. Kheira is very kind and lovely and our conversations were so engaging. Onur and Orhan were also very friendly and helpful. Many thanks for making our stay at the hotel very remarkable!"

"Very good"

Despite arriving at 10 PM, our reserved room was still not ready. We had to wait another two hours before a staff member finally approached us and proudly announced that they had prepared a “super room” for us. At first, the room reeked so badly of cigarette smoke that it completely masked the smell of mold and the sewage stench...
