"Great location at historic heart of the city in a relatively quiet cul de sac. Spectacular views from terrace restaurant. Service was very good. Most things worked well though the lift took some getting used to. Room.and hotel had nice character. Breakfasts very good."

"Travelled in April. Room was a bit warm for my liking but wife loved it. There is a bar nearby with loud music on but we slept fine as too tired from day activities. Strong shower. Staff helpful. Location great, next to bosphorus, close to Tophane tram or you could walk to Karakoy for less than 10 mins ang get the ferry to asia side. "

"I had an amazing 3-night stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after long days exploring the city. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and it was great that almost all of them spoke English, which made everything seamless. A special thank you to Öznur in the Executive Lounge for her outstanding service—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her manager, Emre, was also incredibly friendly and attentive. I also opted for the breakfast package, and it was absolutely worth it. The breakfast selection was fantastic and a great way to start each day. Overall, a top-tier experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul."
