"We've stayed at this excellent hotel on several occasions over the last 5 years and have had nothing but positive experiences each time. The facility is clean. The staff responsive to requests and needs. We did not partake of the breakfast offering this stay. The only negative I have to report is the kitchen implements which seem to diminish each year we return. And the dishwasher did not work, requiring us to wash our dishes by hand, which was not too much of an imposition. "

"We stayed at this location for 1 night. The room was clean. My nephew is very tall and he appreciated the tall shower. Property was very close to COSM for entertainment and lots of food options around. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again."

"**Great for Families and Pets!** The location was perfect for us, offering plenty of activities nearby for both adults and young adults. Wide open, spacious parking lot. Despite being close to the action, the property felt quiet and secluded, with beautifully shaded areas that were perfect for walking our dog. The breakfast was a highlight—the menu changed daily, and over our five-day stay, our group was consistently impressed. I personally enjoyed the biscuits and gravy, sausage, oatmeal, and fresh waffles. The hospitality here is unmatched. We were greeted with fresh water and treats for our dog every time we walked in, while the lobby offered hot and cold coffee, tea, and fresh-baked cookies for us. The entire staff, especially at the front desk, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped manage our deliveries seamlessly. The suites are incredibly functional, featuring a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer—ideal for longer stays. My only minor note is that our two-bedroom suite featured one bed per room plus a sofa bed; I had mistakenly expected two queens in each room. Overall, a fantastic stay! We did not use the pool. I believe it was closed for the season. There was also the basketball court, the patio with fire pit and barbecue grill - all which we did not use either."
