"2 male desk clerks were not friendly nor helpful. They were borderline negligent. They were distracted and unwelcoming. The female night clerk was very kind and very helpful. The room was shabby and the light didn’t work. Not enough luggage carts. Shame on this Hilton establishment. Will not visit again. "

"I was tired and very hungry after all day flight. I ate at the cafe in the lobby. Unfortunately, the food was served cold and it was unappealing. I wished that I had eaten a snack at the airport."

"Room had dirty floors, smoke alarm went off for almost 30 minutes, and there was no way to call the front desk. I tried my phone in my room twice, it was even plugged in and it didn’t work. Then I called the front desk three different times with my cell phone to find out if they’re actually was a fire or if we were in any danger at 1:45 in the morning and nobody answered."
