"Laerdal hotel is gem between Oslo and Bergen. The fjord views from my balcony were absolutely breathtaking. I enjoyed having a spacious room with a roomy bathroom. The location is very peaceful and everything we needed for our over night stay was in walking distance. The staff was were friendly and spoke English fluently. "This is an absolutely stunning B&B down to every detail. The owners and staff were helpful and it’s a perfect location if you want to take the ferry to the Urnes Stave Church(the oldest of the remaining Stave churches) which is beautiful and well worth the trip. Breakfast was great too. The downsides are: 1) sharing bathrooms; 2) tiny rooms; and 3) no close restaurants for dinner so eat first in the neighboring town."

"Undeniably a gorgeous location! Communication was a problem but only at 1st. The Expedia message did not work. You have to use WhatsApp to contact them about the door code. Parking is scary if other cars are there. It's a tight squeeze to go anywhere in Undredal though. It's a one-way road, in and out. I will never forget that view though! It was definitely worth the sketchy drive!"

"Lovely boutique hotel in a good location close to the Flåm-Aurland shuttle stop. We were a little disappointed with our room which overlooked a neighboring property’s outdoor terrace. The breakfast was enjoyable but make sure you get there well prior to the scheduled end time as things ran out the day we were there."
