"I can’t recommend this pace enough. Such a comfy bed and HUGE bathtub. It was such an AMAZING experience, you get unlimited time with the capybaras if your spending the night and they are so well taken care of and are so happy, I was petting them for hours! The town around is just the best too, such a rich community, I highly recommend just walking around for a few hours and talking to the locals and getting the local food! They also have meerkats which I also have never seen and they were so...

"When we arrived, we did not realize that they had discontinued the elephant encounter. The owner / manager was so kind that he accommodated us with another elephant in excursion and transportation free of charge. The staff was super friendly and their rooms were excellent. I highly recommend this for a romantic getaway."

"The property did not look like the pictures on Expedia website which seem photoshopped, the sign has fell of the front of the hotel and the hotel room had stains on the walls and roof. The hotel is also part farm and the animals look sick. Maybe this was a nice hotel in the past but now it’s just not fit for purpose."

"Beautiful resort...but in the middle of nowhere! Seemed more like a long term place to stay as there wasn’t much information or assistance for touring. An hour or more from everything! If you’re looking for a nice quiet place to run away to this is it...good food in the restaurant, although expensive, and a beautiful pool... but if you are traveling and wanting to check out the area this is not a good base. We ended up checking out after one night, were suppose to be there a week. They...

"This property was amazing. Everything was beautiful, clean and nice. The staff went above and beyond for everything! The food was delicious and service was even better. "

"In general it’s a bit out of reach but it’s a resort anyway. The personnel were quite nice. The property could use some maintenance. Half of the lights in our room didn’t work and the kitchen sink didn’t have any tap or running water. But the good points are the beautiful nature surrounding the property, the water pressure and the peace it provides. Overall you can enjoy your stay here. "

"Charming hotel in Chiang Mai’s old city with friendly, helpful staff. Nice design, with rooms around a pretty pool. The TV in our room didn’t work properly and the breakfast was a little disappointing, but otherwise the hotel was comfortable, convenient and an excellent choice for the price."

"A great location and nice hotel!
Only complaints would be how slippery and dangerous the wooden flooring in the room was. We are both young and active, yet had many instances of falling over due to the slippery ground. Wouldn’t recommend to any older people with mobility issues or anyone with balance issues."
"Really nice hotel in a great location in Chiang Mai. The rooms, facilities and F&B outlets were all very good, and a special call out to how friendly and helpful the staff were (especially Fluke at the concierge desk). All the recommendations were great choices. Hope to stay again."
"This property was awesome. Staff was awesome which makes it top tier. Variety of protein in the morning for breakfast which was included. None of the amenities worked after a while, I stayed for a month but accommodations for the swimming pool were made.
Close to the malls, very safe location. Walking distance to all markets, entertainment and food. Everything you need is right there, smoke shop, massages, food, motorbike rentals. 7 eleven of course 😂. The gym, shoe wear, pharmacies. Coffee shops. Everything is over there in walking distance so great location. You will not be disappointed staying here and I highly recommend.
The cleanliness, housekeeping daily, laundry wash dry and fold and iron. Great service overall. The staff is very helpful with scheduling tours and transportation. This overall is a great place to be."
"Staff were very nice, room was great. Even appreciated glass bottles for water. Breakfast in the mornings was also well done. My only feedback is the pool looked a little cloudy."
