In general it’s a bit out of reach but it’s a resort anyway. The personnel were quite nice. The property could use some maintenance. Half of the lights in our room didn’t work and the kitchen sink didn’t have any tap or running water. But the good points are the beautiful nature surrounding the property, the water pressure and the peace it provides. Overall you can enjoy your stay here.

Stile thai molto piacevole a chi piace viaggiare stando con i locali. Albergo frequentato dai thailandesi. Piscina molto carina. Pulito, ordinato. Cucina deliziosa. Unico problema è comunicare con il personale. Io lo consiglio a chi ama viaggiare da viaggiatore e non da turista.

Old resort suffering from lack of care

Nothing special about this resort, it seems to be mainly for Chinese tourist groups. We were the only two European tourists staying there and it was eerily quiet after breakfast when the Chinese groups had left. Hotel was quite old and run down, not renovated for a while. Staff was friendly but did not speak very good English, we got everything settled anyway and they did their best. Food and the drinks in the hotel restaurant were delicious. Hotel pool was large and we had it completely to ourselves. Free hotel transport to the city was a plus considering hotels location.

Hotel management and quality are very poor

I booked this hotel again is due to my good experience 2 years ago when it was new - good room size and fixtures, friendly staff, nice poor and well-managed on everything. But it really disappointed me this time: 1. Dust bin was uncleared when I checked in 2. No complimentary water on day of check in, but provided 4 bottles on the following day. End up charged me the mineral water in the fridge which I took it on the day one with thinking of complimentary. 3. Clearness of the room is bad, slippers are old and dirty 4. Wardrobe interior is very run-down 5. Internet is slow and I had to use my mobile 4G

วันนั้นจองรร.ผ่าน hotels.com ไปเปนห้องแบบดีลักส์ แต่พอไปถึงโรงแรม เจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งว่า ห้องพักเต็มเลยอัพเกรดห้องให้เป็นแบบวิลล่า โดยไม่คิดเงินเพิ่ม ^^ คือดีมาก ห้องสะอาด วิวสวนสวยดี แต่อาหารเช้าธรรมดามากไปสำหรับห้องที่ราคา 3000บาท+(ราคาปกติแบบไม่มีส่วนลด) ทุกอย่างดีหมด แต่ควรปรับปรุงอาหารเช้านิดนึงค่ะ

Nice hotel and friendly staff

Nice hotel at the time i got it for a cheap price for 3 nights. Bit far from the city but they have a shuttle bus that runs you to the city and airport 3 x times a day which is great just like your own personal taxi. Have a ice pool and gym the room itself is very large with good balcony views of the pool. For the price i got for 3 nights was worth it and the staff are friendly.

This is a very peaceful and clean hotel.

When we arrived, we were told that our room was unavailable but it would be upgraded to a suite at no additional charge. It was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in for the money. That's called customer service. The only downside for us was the location. We needed to be closer to the city center. Although they do offer a free shuttle a few times a day (about 15 minutes away) it just didn't meet our needs.
