"The room was nice and bathroom was nice and clean, my problems were that the WiFi didn't work throughout my stay and due to my phone data not working, was unable to use my phone for anything my entire stay. I was also charged for the drinks in the rooms fridge which originally I was told I was allowed to have. I was also charged for grease/sweat stains on my pillow which is inevitable in a hot country. Won’t be staying again considering I wasn’t even compensated for the lack of WiFi. "

"This hotel has a beautiful lobby with a lady playing saxophone at night. It is so close to the nile and there are boats near the back of hotel which they can book for you . I keep asking for Felucca ride but there was always an excuse like there is no wind or the weather is bad but when we were out in the Nile river with a motor boat I saw there were lots of Felucca boat. They should have just been honest if their Felucca is broken/ not working and I can book from other tour operators. The...

"Is just a one night stay but this what i think Bed wasn’t comfortable, food disappointing, room is clean but a little old fashioned, night mosquitos. I got told outside food is not allowed in the hotel and the hotel is away from everything. Overall i think is a 3 star and you decide where you spend your money. "
