"The property and all of the units are beautiful. The family apartment was literally a whole apartment with a giant kitchen, two rooms, two bathrooms, and a living room area on the top floor. It was actually more room than my friend and I needed but our stay came in the middle of a long trip and the separate spaces was appreciated. They are in a great area, easily to get to from Ljubljana, our first day we went in to Vipava to visit some wineries, and our second day it was easy to pop across...

"The person I communicated with was pleasant enough, that wasn’t the issue(s). After a long day of travel, standing on a dark sidewalk in 0 degree temps going through processes and payments to get permission to enter something of a lobby area only to go on a search for a video screen/camera to complete the check in and get access to the room was a bit much. Once access was gained, the room was frigid, void of any usable thermostat or instructions on how to heat any one of the multiple...

"The room was extremely clean and huge. Me and my friend could have easily shared a room instead of each getting our own. In order to check in you have to go to the lobby of a different building, which was not relayed to us. The parking garage had plenty of room, but be aware you will not find on street parking anywhere. The listing advised the hotel had a bar, which is does not. There is a couple of places near by that are well within walking distance for a drink."

"Camera lato interno silenziosissima.

"Clean comfy central location helpful staff-Andrea"

"Room was clean and close to main site seeing areas."

"Beautiful old building in a very nice location in Trieste. We had a wonderful stay in every way"

"I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve. Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately..."
