"The owner was lovely, as were rest of the staff. We had a warm welcome and a tour of our room prior to check-in. The Superior room was incredible. Really nicely furnished, clean, plenty of complimentary amenities. We had an amazing meal in the evening - one of the nicest we've had in Slovenia, followed by an equally enjoyable breakfast. "An oasis of tranquility and authentic Alpine architecture in a very busy touristy town. Super great owners and staff, spotless clean, short easy walk to town and the lake, quiet and peaceful. If you like the typical modern, minimalist, ugly hotel, don't book here, it's the opposite! Homey, comfortable, relaxed. Great base to explore the natural beauty. Don't miss the short side trip to Triglav National Park and Lake Bohinj for postcard views and maybe less crowds than Bled."

"Beautiful and serene surroundings within the vineyard and surrounding hills. The apartment was spotless. Our host Matteo was very pleasant and extremely helpful. We enjoyed a lovely country breakfast complete with cereal, eggs, yogurt and savoury pastries. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thank-you for making us feel so welcome!"

"This is set up for Cyclists to park bikes, has a hot tub and pool indoors. A little dated, but clean and comfortable. Thé room could have better air circulation- leaving the windows open helped. Good breakfast and dinner buffet"

"The check-in information received by mail, no complications. The condition of apartment was certainly not supreme, as adveritised but acceptable for the duration of 2 nights. The hosts were responsive. Overall, a 3-star /average rating is more than appropriate. Probably not worth visiting again unless no other accomodation is available."

"We had a wonderful stay at Riki Balance Hotel and felt it offered great value, especially for a lake view room. The hotel is one of the highest in the area, which means the lake views are completely unobstructed. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere made it even more enjoyable.
