Everything as described...in fact, better than expected! Spacious room, clean as a whistle, comfortable bed, innovative check-in system; responsive/proactive staff communicating instructions beforehand. Stylish accommodation ideally situated

Stylish accommodation ideally situated to explore the area. Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. A bit different to our usual check in procedures in Spain, as the code wasn't provided until the day but communication was excellent and all went smoothly. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms but there is a microwave down in the communal area and the ice cream parlour next door sells tea and coffee. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean , nicely decorated, close to cafes and restaurants and within walking distance to major attractions. Our room was facing a busy street sometimes it would get loud late at night . However it’s located in a nice area .

This is one of those places you hate to share with the public for fear prices will go up and availability will go down. The rooms are perfect for clean, comfortable, and safe place to stay. I had booked for one night and ended up staying I believe ten. Great hotel for the low maintenance traveler who wants to be in the absolute heart of the city. Highly highly recommend.

There is too much secrecy. There is no concierge on premises and there is no guarantee you will be able to get in. To make it even worse they send scary messages that they may not send you a code. If you are looking for a peaceful night sleep this is not a place for you. Walls are paper thin and you can hear people breathing on the street. Somebody constantly walking, talking, sometimes fighting and screaming all night. Plus, at 5am light in the room turns on on its own. Plus, it’s right next to church and it randomly can start ringing the bells between 6-8 am…

Pues no fue muy buen trato de la chica que nos recibió no nos explicó nada , nos dio unas pulseras que nunca nos dijo su uso y las tiramos, nunca nos dijo que eran cortesías para entrar a los museos , y se quejaba de que tenía que hacer las habitaciones ; tampoco había nadie cuando salimos y tuvimos que dejar las targetas que nos dieron para entrar adentro de la habitación . Es como un autoservicio pero no hay un letrero que dé indicaciones de nada . Por lo demás es céntrico y bien precio pero no hay humanos a quien preguntar nada .
