The property is centrally located. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.

Located on the west side of Shinjuku which was much more quiet then the east side of the tracks. If you like a quiter place then The Knot is great. The rooms were comfy and a good size. There are 2 restaurants and a cafe. It was nice to have a bar to get a drink after a long day of exploring the city.

The location was convenient

The hotel was only a 10 min walk from the train. The hotel was very pretty. Rooms were definitely a little small but it was an enjoyable stay nonetheless.

Design was fairly unique with a modern take, but the service and housekeeping was highly lacking.
