The gym is not adequate as there are no weights. The washroom in the room is very out dated. There are very few ac charging outlets in each bedroom and nothing next to the bed. This hotel needs to be updated very badly.
This property is very convenient to the JR Shinagawa Station and the free shuttle to there and Meguro Station is a very good service. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful every time I have stayed.

Our frequent go-to hotel in Tokyo because it is close to Haneda Airport and easy to access by JR or subway, and in a quiet residential neighbourhood if one wants to avoid the madding crowds.

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Only complaint is that Marriott did not recognize this stay because we booked through hotels.com. Most disappointing as we’ve never booked any other way than through the Marriott site and didn’t realize Marriott would not count these nights towards our stays. Not a very good policy from a company that’s usually so very accommodating.
We were warmly welcomed by the staff and check in was quick and efficient.
The club room was very spacious, beds super comfy and bathroom clean and plenty amenities.
The Japanese Garden was an added bonus.
We were very pleased with our stay at the Sheraton Miyako and would definitely stay here again
One of the best hotels stay. Love the cleanliness and food especially. Also enjoyed the garden around the hotel. There's also free shuttle to and fro Meguro station, so prettt convenient.
The swimming pool is not free for guest though, and it's pretty expensive.
Other than that, love the quietness and ambience of this hotel. Will definitely come back again.
Cannot fault this hotel in terms of service, cleanliness. The best I’ve experienced in a long time.
One negative - I would have to pay to use the gym if I wasn’t a Bonvoy member. Luckily I am however if I’d paid to use their poorly equipped gym I would not have been happy.
