The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable with a nice view. The washroom in the lobby was superb. Only suggestions would be to have drinks and maybe snacks available at the bar during the day.

So thankful for this hotel! Our flight ended up being delayed a day and they were super accommodating. They provided us with another room just a few doors down on our floor and made us feel very welcome. The shuttle to the airport was great as well!

Very clean and spacious. Our family of 4 fits comfortably. Close to Haneda Airport and hotel offer free shuttle. Staffs are very welcoming and informative.

The hotel was wonderful. The only downside is that there aren't many restaurants or fast food places within walking distance. But it's a brief 3-minute walk from the train station. Super convenient. And the staff are great.

It was great staff was very hopeful in all situations and it wasn’t too far from Tokyo shibuya or shinjuku or even Yokohama so I think it’s a great place to stay for those areas specifically

A very stylish hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early plus giving us lots of information about the area around the hotel and the trains. The very quiet room was a good size with full-size couch, cold fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, comfortable king size bed and still room for repacking 3 suitcases. Lovely bathroom with walk-in wet room with separate shower and tub. Plenty of towels and accessories such as toothbrushes in case they were forgotten. It is a five minute walk to the train station. There is a shuttle bus to the airport. Very happy with our stay and would stay again if we are in Haneda.

The rooms were super clean and new. The staff were very friendly. Loved that they offered airport shuttle. The hotel itself was within walking distance to Otorii station and had several convenience stores right across the street. Would highly recommend, especially for any layovers through Haneda Airport.

Our room was so comfortable and the attention to detail and design gives hotel mercure a distinctive identity, while anticipating every need. Coffee was excellent and the airport shuttle was super convenient. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Was only here for a night while traveling through Japan and wish my other hotels were like this one. Favorite part was the western breakfast and beautiful eating area.

I had a really great experience staying at Mercure for the first time. The room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed. I want to put in a special mention to the two gentlemen that worked in the early morning on February 26th. My partner hurt his foot and was having a hard time walking and they noticed it right away and helped him push his luggage to the airport shuttle and the shuttle bus driver was also very helpful with our luggages and setting up seats that are closer to the door for us. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness in all the employees. Thank you for a great experience!

Horrible vacation experience thanks to this hotel . I picked this location because the site boasts that the reception speaks English . I asked to be charged for breakfast for my stay and extended my trip for two days at the desk. Everyday I went down for breakfast and they couldn’t find my name on the paper at the restaurant. The system didn’t update until the last two days . When I was able to eat . The other days the host wouldn’t let me eat . It was frustrating. Then found out the last day when I was in my hotel the receptionist only extended my stay by a day instead of two . I saw a high charge on my card and they wanted me to come down and charge my card again. . Felt like a misunderstanding or scam . So I left and stayed elsewhere the last day

The Mercure Tokyo Haneda Hotel was newly launched in Nov 23, so the facilities are all brand new. Room is spacious enough for a family of 4 with two young kids. Staff service was welcoming. We stayed for one night before we left Japan, free shuttle bus service was a plus especially we have early morning flight the other day which makes moving of children and large languages to airport much easier. Definitely recommended if you are looking for hotels near Haneda Airport.

Very clean, attentive, and more than adequate. Exceeds expectations down to the toiletries, turnover service and staff. Booked a one night stay and ended up booking again for a return flight for three days.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Train station is just 5 minutes away giving access to and from the airport and the greater Tokyo area. Airport shuttle service available in the mornings and evenings.
