There are several outdoor air conditioner units installed on the exterior walls of the hotel, both in our guest rooms and in the restaurant on the first floor. Due to the construction of the building, we were unable to move the outdoor unit, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to malfunctioning equipment in your room despite your stay.
