I've made a good decision staying here.
Very comfortable and convinent. Bus-stop Tokyo Station is just across the street. Hotel staffs are really willing to help us in everything.

Good to stay in Tokyo
If you like the place that's not too crowded, I think this place is very good to stay. I was so happy when I walked along the street, there have not much any vehicles to interrupt. And when I like to go to Tokyo Station I was just walk a bit to JR Station or Subway in just a minute to take a train to Tokyo Station in only one drop. And all in the hotel is good, i like. I think that's the good place to stay in Tokyo.

Had an amazing 5 night stay at this hotel. Its just across JR and subway station, so very convenient to reach all parts of Tokyo within 15-20 mins. They provide all amenities, so no need to worry about toiletries, grooming kits, etc. 24 hour reception. Staff was very accomodating and polite. Took care of our luggage before check-in and after check out. They went an extra mile for us after we forgot some valuable items in the room by arranging different options for us to get back the items. When our acquaintance could not pick up the items, they communicated with their hotel and sent it across immediately. Really very helpful and patient.

Our stay at Hotel Sardonyx was perfect for our intro to Tokyo. Our flight got in late so we arrived after midnight. I had contacted them ahead of time so I knew they had a 24 hour desk, which saved a lot of stress. The location was not in the heart of things but we had a beautiful view of the river and if we craned our neck to the left we could see the sky tree. There’s a metro station just across the street, so getting to other places in Tokyo was easy. We had a lovely day walking along the river up to Ueno Park to see the cherry blossoms and the next day we were able to walk to Tokyo station. We were able to send most of our things straight to Hiroshima so we didn’t have a lot to carry. The front desk was super helpful with everything. Our room had three large twins that were perfect for the three of us, and while the mattress was hard it was still comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to people.

Staff are very friendly and helpful (English is okay). Veyr close to train station. Breakfast is average but they do have baby chairs which was convenient for us. For what we paid, very happy and satisfied.

Room is spacious for 2pax. Staff are attentive and helpful. Love the location as it was a few mins walk to 2 train station. Close to Tokyo station. 711, Family Mart and Lawson are next and across the hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

The staff was very nice and also helped me with my defect suitcase. There is a Rojal Host Restaurant in the same building and several Combini Minimarkets only one minute away. It is just one minute away from an very useful subwaystation. It is very quiet and my corner room was large......well.....for Tokyo...LOL I hope to stay there again soon. Regards Oliver Germany

4 nights stay
Convenient location with close subway lines few minutes walk away and the main tokyo station is around 20+ min walk away (or 3 stops by bus). The hotel is a little dated, and the lifts and corridors on some levels sometimes smells of cigarettes. Room was spacious enough, comfy for a couple stay.

Hotel is close to metro and Tokyo Station and is in an area that is reasonably quiet with 3 different convenience stores around the corners. Staff were helpful and polite. Room was clean.

Would choose this again
We stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and liked it just as much this time round. It is very comfortable and in a convenient location for exploring Tokyo, being very close to the metro and a 15 minute walk from Tokyo Station.

We have stayed at this property several times over 40 years (it was once a Holiday Inn!) and although the present renovation is sparkling and nice, the neighborhood is still its best feature although it too has changed dramatically over 40 years. Service and price are still outstanding,

The beds were comfortable and very quiet. The pajamas they provided were nice and soft. Loved it. Across the street from a Hatchobori subway station. 15 min walk to Tokyo Station.

O hotel é bem localizado com um custo beneficio muito bom. Café da manhã variado com opções orientais e ocidentais. Quartos espaçosos e tudo bem organizado.
