But please I suggest u look at your breakfast menu. Breakfasts didn’t taste like breakfast for me. Breakfasts was boring. Food don’t look or presentable enough for me to be excited about to eat. "The property could be nice if there was a little more attention to detail. It is convenient to the power boats. My room was unfinished with numerous items either broken or missing. However, my biggest complaint is with the front desk clerk. After the hotel canceled my colleagues confirmed reservation, the desk charged them almost double the Expedia rate for two one bedroom apartments. To add insult to injury, she would not issue them a formal receipt. They were given a handwritten receipt. "

"The staff were excellent. Local power was off & on, but the staff was quick to start the generator. Walking from the house begins with a steep uphill climb & there is a market at the top of the hill. Not much else nearby, so transportation is needed either by Uber, keke or motorcycle taxi. Getting a vehicle to the house itself is difficult at best because of the extremely tight "street" leading to the gate. Better to stop at the soccer field & walk in."

"The service was excellent. The rooms are cleaned every day by very attentive staff. Ask for anything - you get it within 5 mins. The Operations Manager Sunil is very pleasant and responds quickly. I would give Sunil and the staff an A . The variety of food at the restaurant was ok. One area for improvement is the gardens around the chalets. At the time we went they were a little unkempt. I think we went in the slow season. This however did not take away from our fun."

"I always stay at the Swiss Hotel when I stay in Freetown. I enjoy staying here and feel very happy with the service and facilities in general. However, on my last visit there seemed to be a shortage of toilet roll with my toilet roll only being replaced with one if the existing roll was nearly empty. I ran out a few times and had use the tissues and once ran out of everything and didn’t get a replacement until my third Tim of asking. I had bought some spare myself to ensure that I didn’t really run out. Such a small thing and it didn’t spoil my stay but it does seem an unnecessary issue. Otherwise, I’m still very happy with my stay and will be coming again."
